Declaring our Independence      Fourth of July, 2012
 

  “When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinion of mankind requires that they should Declare the Causes which impel them to the  separation.”

The Declaration of Independence which today, Fourth of July, continues commemorate  was written since our founders realized need to liberate US from oppressive tyranny.   Investigation shows Irvine Company is such a tyrant in control undermining democracy.

After the above, the Declaration listed numerous public offenses tyranny made.

  These include, “He has refused to have other laws for accommodation of large districts of people [as if] those people relinquish[ed] the right to Representation in the  legislature; representation a right [that now is] inestimable to them and formidable to  tyrants only.”  Also: “He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual,  uncomfortable and distant from the public... for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into  compliance with his measures.”  Our legislative system is bought out to also fatigue.

  The Irvine Company is a tyrant, just like the tyranny Britain was over U.S.A. Social  control no longer allows our rights to Independence or American Dreams we fought for.

  We the people of the communities of Orange County, California, and of United States,  also Need to Declare our Independence.  Irvine Company unlawfully holds monopoly  over much of Orange County and now usurps larger cities of California and other U.S.  cities like Chicago.  In complete control, this tyranny does not allow necessary  development and invests in public privatization.  Property management negligence  means death again last week (Charles, 2012; OC Register: 6/24/12;  (www.ocregister.com/articles/search-360507-orangecounty.html )

  “Master Plans” are impossible since they do not encompass all the consensus' needs.   They takeover Democracy and Our Constitution.  Human Factors principles will help  fix these system errors. As noted in the book bearing the field's name, “people have to  modify [how] they work to get the job done, given the stresses that any complex system  is undergoing.  Work to rule [Master Plan] campaigns... usually cause complex systems  to come to a grinding halt.”  (Vicente, 2006: 274)

  We need to reclaim our Liberty and Independence as our forefathers realized.  We thus  must stop investing in people working overthrow our good and just principles of  consensus decisions.  Rather, let's collaborate with many different people in control so  we have future success.  I work to Uphold the Constitution, Against its encroachment.
