First I spent the day (30th business day of my fieldwork, after the actual 30'th day premature wrestle on 4th of July when I warned like Paul Revere) setting my “net” by publishing from Fullerton and Anaheim City Hall's and Police to the courts.  After going to Irvine C.H. and meeting City Officials, I realized the city is also in Irvine Company control.  So I headed to Irvine Co.'s base at Fashion Island to protest Irvine Company's social oppression with audience.

I learned en route from a fellow bus passenger that a youth committed Aurora's movie theater massacre the night before while I prepared my Due Process, so I made an additional sign:    “No Enculturing Zombies.”  Though J. Holmes' massacre was made as a distraction from any rational dialog and to justify control, many shoppers understood and chanted with me. Other chants were “No Treason! Our Law is Freedom!;” “Our Constitution Democracy! Stop the Irvine Company!!;” and “Freedom and Equality,! No More War on Our Money!” (the favorite).

While security, who told me they agreed with my message, was called and was told to take a picture of me to send to bosses, they were allowed let me continue my strike – even through the center of the mall; told to follow me and show that I am under control by actual puppet masters.

The Ongoing Treason of War Levied Against our Public
17th of July, 2012
 

  There is ongoing war levied against our middle class throughout the United States.  Big businesses are exporting jobs to divest from our society; merging and collaborating to prevent small business growth; holding exploitation land monopolies and causing unbearable inflation by raising the standard of housing prices; taking public utilities control for extortion; and inhibiting the naturalization process to compromise overall public democracy by much of the contributing public not being represented.  Treason in war by force of money is made.
 

  These business assemblages are against 99% of population to kill American Dreams.  The war to the majority of US is levied by regional monopolies.  They are connected through big-business deals to usurp U.S. laws that protect US from takeover.  In O.C., the Irvine Co. tyrant holds us hostage.  Once traitors – attacking democracy by forcing people into control - are punished by law, we will finally be able to fix our economy and reclaim our national values of Independence and equal opportunity.
 

  Anti-trust laws are broken to make an assemblage and commit the use of force against our public.  Business assemblages do limit competition to directly defy the Clayton Act §7, 15 U.S. C.A. §18.  They also are conspiracy’s in restraint of trade to directly defy the Sherman Act § 1, 15 U.S. C.A. §1.  Further they are force of pressure against people they control as subjects by making force by money intimidation threats to gain control and prevent resistance.  Since all people are dependent, all have no choice but to give in.  This force has the same definition as when committed to a robbery victim, as defined in Black’s Law Dictionary (Garner, 2010).
 

  These U.S. laws protect US from takeover.  The Constitution Article 3 Section 3 directly affirms Treason against United States is levying war against them: the people of our country; which is punishable by death.  In U.S. v. Burr, the Supreme Court ruled that “if a body actually be assembled [in whatever way] for the purpose of effecting by force a treasonable object [usurping United States of America's government, namely our democracy as Constitution established], those who perform any part [are] CONSIDERED  TRAITORS [and are] guilty of Treason” (Kurland, 1987:4;458).  Treason's punishment is death (1 Stat. 112).
 

  The Irvine Company in Orange County has land monopoly directly affecting everyone.  It completely controls through total ownership all Irvine City and most surrounding regions.  When Donald Bren joined to lead a group of investors in 1977 and purchase the Irvine Co. from the Irvine Foundation, they developed the land to maintain control.  All apartment complexes and land today remain in Irvine Co. ownership.  Even those purchasing property are only allowed to lease the land for 99 years.
 

  Total ownership of latest developed OC areas allows the Irvine Co. to make property price real estate standards raised across the board.  Evidence is the price of my house that my family bought in 1970 for $28,000 is in 2012 valued at $550,000 (Sandoval, 2012).  Irvine Co.'s county-wide “standard” caused 40 years of outrageous inflation and raised Placentia property prices – far North from Irvine Co. dominated areas – by 1964% . 
 

  Irvine Co. control is exactly how the East India Trading Company1 developed 13 Original Colonies.  From these our founders liberated us to be US: United States of America.  To show the present magnitude of Bren's control, The 13 Colonies’ total 1776 population2 was even smaller than O.C.'s population3 that Bren through Irvine Co. controls now.

  More control is usurped when public utilities are privatized.  Since public is dependent, sources like Prado Dam for water and SC Edison's power plants for electricity are real estate.  Monopoly allows manipulation of rates.  My home water bill for the past two months – a month and a half which I was not home for since living elsewhere while doing field work  - was $190.23 for two people; double the $97.00 rate the year before when we were three (2011).  Monopoly investors from whatever interests manipulate extortion; in this case of the elderly.
 

  In this time of “scarcity,” I did status updates in my field work of the Santa Ana River pumped to fill Santa Ana River Lakes for profit fishing (Muce field notes & pictures 6/17/12) Water charged at high rates is pumped closer and closer to the community of Atwood, the community most affected by the last Great Flood in Orange County.  As an anthropologist extensively researched on this subject, I see manipulation and intimidation threats.  By July 1st, the “scarce” river was filled draining to the ocean and also pumped at full power near Atwood.  Overcharged bills during waste of water evidences that the public pays for the social control.
 

  Further, public consensus’ representation is compromised.  Communities made to live in areas most destroyed by floods systematically have their process to representation inhibited. 
 

   This is why another definition of treason is “to expel foreigners in general: or those from any single nation living under the protection of government.” (Kurland, 1987: III; 438).  When a group of people is suppressed from representation, an exploiting power is allowed to remain in control since democracy is not real but the people are only represented in facade.
 

  Constitution Article IV declares laws and treaties made by US shall be Supreme Law.  Both the U.N. Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees Treaty for the U.S. and the U.S. Refugee Act protects United States refuges: like these immigrants who flee home corruption (Musalo, 1997: 67, 68).  Yet, social control by treason to inhibit representation's process, keeps refugees with rights withheld.  They are suppressed and the 13th Amendment is broken since they are kept in a state of peonage as is illegal by the Anti-Peonage Act.  They are not allowed means of social betterment and are suppressed.   Change to stop social control does not happen in incomplete representation.

  We are living in a social situation controlled by Psychologies of Oppression.  These powers make tyranny together and as they continue to take control, we will lose more freedom.  We are already manipulated for brainwash now.  Maybe that is the reason a star baseball player who led all active players with a 3.28 batting average stopped hitting home runs and dropped to 2.4 batting average when he moved to a county discriminatory to his name’s connotation: Pujols.  It just sounds fishy.  In tyrannical control, any type of social manipulation is possible so people are suppressed.  We need to Uphold our Laws, Stop tyrannical treason, and Reclaim Honor that made US the American Dream.
 

PS. Any charity or contributions made by Irvine Co. or other tyranny are bribes, takebacks, or both for their agendas: And Likely Also Treason.
