Day Seven Report: HOLY UNITY
For result of promoted recall, Anaheim suffered 4 days of riots which did not subside until I delivered a letter to Anaheim Police Chief Welter which I promised the community that I would write. In this I demanded due process and showed the Ana Dr. community how due process works. This letter, here included, became my first public writing – uploaded on Facebook for the public, distributed by friends, and followed by this report about Bonds of Unity and Marriage in AnaHEIM!!!
UNITY - To Stop Instigation of Disorder
July 26, 2012
In every union, many pieces intricately work together to accurately keep time. The United States of America was founded as a Union and “to establish a more perfect union,” we enacted a Constitution to found democracy in the new word. This allows equal opportunity and plurality of control. Incentives and consequences make social mobility possible.
By Constitution everyone has due process rights, but at times overly powerful individuals rise to steal these rights and dominate populations in treason against Democracy. Irvine Co. unconstitutionally conspires against equal opportunity by instigating chaos through social brainwash tactics to take control. I expose these tactics of corruptibility so that we can stop them by U.S. law for US to maintain our liberty.
Anaheim serves as Orange County's moral center to combat democracy’s overthrow. Founded as a refuge to settlers fleeing Gold Rush corruption, we maintained a positive and friendly city competition with Santa Ana. Irvine was founded by one of the corrupt who the Anaheim colonists fled from. He was vindictively assassinated and his inheriting son did good, yet Irvine stayed distanced and aloof. As OC exponentially developed and another tyrant - Bren - took control of Irvine Co. to make OC his lair, Anaheim connected with Disney to maintain our freedom. Adjoining unprotected communities fell to the Irvine Co. land monopoly lion.
The marriage of communities in Anaheim has proven strong to benefit all who live here. Obstacles against our Union: from Irvine Co. stealing East Anaheim land (through the Land Commission from Peralta: the rightful land owner) for later control by development, to gerrymandering by that Orange County controller for Anaheim to be separated: have occurred. Yet, these infiltration threats have failed and our city has remained strong.
Our rings are bonds of community. These ensure all of the publics protection in Anaheim. Tripled high SC Edison electricity rates are protected by Anaheim Public Utilities preventing extortion demands by monopoly over OC. Anaheim Community Services provides recreation, culture, nature, and community activities to together promote our American Dream. Anaheim City Council also does a great job to make sure community issues have their priority.
The most important bond, being compromised to our detriment, is public safety: necessary for success, development, and unity. Police are to maintain departmental honor as good examples for our communities to ensure safety. They are to follow constitutionally made due process: police convict; judge and jury hear the case then to make verdict and sentence; sheriffs fulfill the judge’s sentence.
When social union laws are broken, chaos and breakup are instigated. This week in Anaheim, instigation happened by police shooting the unarmed Emmanuel Angel Diaz of Santa Ana in the back; as he fell they again shot him in the back of the head. The badge shamer’s identity isn’t disclosed and he is on paid leave. If no consequences, police say it’s OK for a cop to be “judge, jury, and executioner” in Theresa Smith's words whose son also was shot to death by Anaheim police. Public safety is compromised; there is no process; we lack justice.
Justice stops gangs and it is Chief Welter’s job to ensure Honor and Justice in his Department. People need examples that they’re safe and do not need to join gangs. In reality, some bad influences encourage Santa Ana and Anaheim gangs to continue their city rivalry. Police-gang retaliation will lead to reprisal and more gang violence if left unresolved.
[Later in experiencing “Intimidation Agenda's Suppression”'s wrongful incarceration, I heard many accounts of police-gangs with officer-members identified by a distinct tattoo on their arms].
Anaheim and Santa Ana community gangs recently made peace. This began in my OC Field Work, when my titanium ankle was run over on Santa Ana’s Washington & Lincoln St.’s since an outside bad influence told the youth to run me over since I was in an Anaheim gang. Yet, I showed him the truth and good examples like me change lives, stop gang animosity, and make things better.
Angel, the young man, stopped his car a half block away after he ran me over, got out, and told me, “I would've stopped even if I had have killed you `cuz I cn tell you’re a good guy.” He asked where he could take me and as he drove me to SA library, I worked to bridge these people pitted against each other. I explained my research, that I am not in any gangs (answering his first question of if I was “in Anaheim?”), and that I work to teach cooperation and compassion1 since we are all the same. Suppressors just want to divide us so that we fail.

Angel told me he would spread the word and would “look out” for me. I soon met and remain friends with a friend of his, Candy, who reformed from gangs. I’ve seen in continued research over the past month and a half since this encounter both in field work and in news that Anaheim and Santa Ana gangs made peace and held strong against those who instigate the community strife to hold them back.
If unresolved, this police shooting will instigate gang war again for whatever bad purpose.
This parallels Kelly Thomas being beat to death in Fullerton last year by a police-gang. Shortly after, Tony Bushalla paid $250,000 (Public Record) to get Fullerton City Council recalled by deceiving that the council “allowed the Police beating to happen.” Really, it was not the councils’ doing at all. The Police Chief: the head of police: is responsible for making sure these men who shamed badges are off the force. After many community calls and my letter to Chief Hughes which I discussed with him in person and he agreed about, this finally happened. Three main involved police were fired 6 days after I delivered my letter, and now a standard has been set against misuse of power so we can pave our way back towards Justice.
This social manipulation and brainwashing resulting in a community member’s death, led to bigger negative consequences for communities. The council was recalled and new members were replaced to undermine democracy's due process. The new members were elected to be used in plans to steal by force of eminent domain land that belongs to my uncle and his neighbors on Ash Ave. in Fullerton. This means forced eviction for less than the homes' real value. Expensive complexes would replace these for somelion else's profit.
Such manipulation at cost of lives can be and probably is happening in our city, Anaheim, as well. Thankfully, our good City Council Members in Anaheim are making sure resolution is a priority with Federal Investigation.
We must make things right! Do we in Anaheim want our democracy and landownership manipulated like in Fullerton? Is that what plans are afoot in infiltrating our communities to turn us against each other in our own city? If so, even Anaheim Hills will suffer as Irvine Co. takes control and overcharges for everything, likely forcing many to move from the communities they love.
We cannot allow this and must maintain our Union, for benefit of our own communities and to remain a good example for Orange County which is being corrupted by tyrannical dictator Irvine Company's takeover. It is true we need Latino Anaheim City Council Members since 54% of Anaheim's population is Latino. So, Latinos must run in the next election; all Latinos must vote. Also, all community members must be allowed due representation process as U.S.A. was founded for. Then we strengthen Unity for Success in America.
