Southern California Social Freedom Prelude

                Passion is defined as “any powerful or compelling emotion or feeling.” The many different
reasons for passion: as inspiration: are the bases of this dissertation. Passion compels us to improve.
Ellen DeGeneres exemplifies an important form of this inspiration as passion for one’s work. As opposed
to Lately [a] Chelsea who expresses disdain for her social influence, (The Ellen Show. 2/18/13. NBC) Ellen
betters her community, brings joy to US who depend on her, and makes us smile as leader for happiness.

 

                Similarly, but in a more socially impacting role as a leader for justice, Ana Gomez builds smiles
for those who depend on her by creating inclusion, keeping our U.S.-taught skills here to strengthen US,
and by empowering our communities. I met Ana after I organized a Dream Team trip to CA’s Capitol to
join in on a rally Ana helped make as AB130 and 131 of the Dream Act were being voted on. Now, as
finally included in the only society she remembers herself part of since age 7, Ana works as a first
“Soñadora en el Gobierno”: Dreamer in the Government to utilize her UCLA expertise to empower U.S.
in the office of L.A. Councilman Gil Cedillo who championed the Dream Act. (Alvarado.7/3/13.Opinón.)
In this prelude, I set the scene of SoCal Social Freedom’s Dissertation by highlighting the surrounding
news during my three month Conclusion. Dreamers now included to benefit society depict one example
of progress since my dissertation’s start and demonstrate my methodology of impacts through tenacity.

 

                Another passion source is environmental safety needs, as inspired by bipartisan-bridge reports. “Reviving Hope to End the Nuclear Waste Morass” by Sforza (8/11/13.O.C.Register) discusses bipartisan
Sen. D. Feinstein’s (D-CA) 2013 Nuclear Waste Administration Act supported by Sen. L. Alexander (R-TN).
This comprehensive nuclear waste policy protects society from toxic decay. It emboldens society by
moving on to solutions from renewable energy since the “Analysis [is] Costs Doom Nuclear Plants.” “Responding [to safety issues is] particularly costly for existing reactors [because of] retrofits.”

                The passion emitting from outrage at greed causing our social epidemics is the passion which is
core to each of these issues and reports. In the above energy crisis, customers pay for nothing as Edison “ceased power operation but continues to generate full rate of return on investments in customer rates,”
as stated by motion to Sothern California Edison when “Advocate Seeks Rate Cut for San Onofre Closure.”
(A.P.6/26/13.O.C.R.) Consumers also pay for $52.8 million in salaries and $527,427 charged to accounts
by the 275 $125,000+salary employees who were “terminated,” died, or took leave of absence including
from San Onofre’s plant (Cook. “Edison.” 7/2/13.OCR.) Mesa Water’s $14,000, first-class, three-week
Boston trips and regular $28/lunch office-catering, and Metropolitan Water’s $539 million “spare cash”
from rate increases since2004 to only spend $75million on company needs and continue five more years
of rate increases (Reicher.“Mesa.”7/30/13.O.C.R.; Kyle. “Metropolitan.” 7/20/13. O.C.R.) show more
fraud from public utilities. The $100,000+ public pensions club including over 90 people who exceed
$211,093 in pensions (Sforza. “Pension. 7/7/13.O.C.R.) and the previous examples show disadvantages
by few allowed favor from over-powerful controlling entities: as evidenced throughout my dissertation.

 

                These public frauds were not exposed until the conclusion of Southern California Social Freedom
so are not part of my reports. Yet, they demonstrate core problems of the epidemic I treat. When one
person, company, or entity has exclusive control, too few succeed and do so by exploiting the consensus.
This is why we fought the American Revolution and freed ourselves from monarchy monopolies, and the reason we stayed democratically solid to resist communism. Whatever social power is at hand: be it
extreme capitalism or extreme socialism: in both situations when one group assumes unfair advantages, equal opportunity is killed by the whims of overly powerful. Thus, Inclusion is Key to social opportunity. Whitting discusses this in his article “Hispanic Leader Urges Convergence” about Jesse Miranda, CEO of National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference about his enculturation and about our needs to unite
as a people for success. (8/11/13. O.C.R.) I also continually discuss this topic and near the end introduce
my book, Improving Our Life, about the true meaning, and present devolution of the American Dream.

 

                In order to resurrect the American Dream, we must understand, so as to overcome, the concept
of obstructionism: as it is a tactic to impede social benefit. One example is against inclusion by
affordable healthcare. Significantly lower rates advance healthcare by including everyone so we can all
be a healthy strong society. Yet some obstructionists’ main agenda is to keep people sick and maintain contributions for loyalty to insurance companies that extort-by-overprice.

 

            I exposed bigger obstruction in this dissertation by evidencing the buyout of instigation for
attack against U.S.A., so as to continue a year-long Witch-hunt for defamation. This is revealed in
“Heroes at Large,” and especially in “Discerning Protection from Dangerous True Colors.” By Witch-hunt,
an anonymous-written O.C. article a year later reports about a Presidential address against obstruction
by concluding: “Republicans have criticized the administration’s response to the attack and its shifting explanation of what happened” to suggest continued criticism to an attacked admin.(“Obama Addresses” 8/10/13.OCR) From where the attack was bought-out and when pending disclosure was needed after domestic-instigation. Now watching out for our own domestic Big Money influences buying out attacks,
“Post-Benghazi, Obama Plays It Safe with Embassies” and evacuates 18 for safety. (Klapper.8/11/13.OCR)

 

            Several “over-powerful controlling entities:” “Big Money:” rule throughout the whole country.
Each is a financial monster causing big harm by being too big. Yet, just because people fear retaliation,
that does not mean we can ignore them. As we pretend nothing happens by keeping heads in the sand –
a continuous problem remediated throughout the reports – issues get worse because we allow them to.
Now, we remember by the anniversaries of the police murders evidenced to have been bought-out from where the dissertation begins. As Genevieve Huizar, mother of Emmanuel Diaz, reminded in sorrow we cannot forget because we have to make this brutality -evidenced to be used as tactics for takeover- stop.
As evidenced throughout these reports, Big Money with agendas advanced through these murders and through this instigated treason: specifically local to have caused these directly, is the Irvine Company.

 

            Like Ellen and Ana, my passion is as leader for happiness and leader for justice. Knowledge is Key.
So, this Portfolio Dissertation delves into deep facts of many interconnected, confusing, components (as
is the definition of fraud). Often, like in description of “Chelsea,” I as of Late[ly] don’t want to be sued by,
I have to be an artistic writer for protection. Yet, if you think about clues, they all connect with the rest
of the report’s evidence. They often are in conjunction with top secret intelligence which most are not
allowed access to. Still, all this is directly from the news with academic resource empowerment and
popular culture associations. See for yourself! We just have to be smart enough to connect the dots.
