Solution Against the Rise of Totalitarian Control – Day Ten Report

It is no myth Irvine Company works for social system takeover as I evidenced in each of my ten reports.  Usurpation set the stage for corruption, keeps people unaware of their very Constitutional Rights, and breaks our Constitution in harassment.  In the past two weeks, Habeas Corpus and Expos Facto Rights were broken by Anaheim P.D. whose chief is based on E. Anaheim, Irvine Co. land making him more susceptible to manipulation. After the police murder, these impeachments of Rights allowed for cover-up.  Unconstitutional abuse of power conditions the undermining of True Democracy towards our public's takeover.

Irvine Co. has motives behind takeover.  In the company’s present form’s foundation, Donald Bren bought the company to establish residential communities for control.  This mirrors English King George’s E. India Trading Co. [ - or Virginia Co. or Australia Penal Colonial Co., or any other Crown owned “Co.” - ] founding 13 original colonies: O.C.'s present population is bigger than all 13 colonies combined1.  Bren has actively works to takeover C.A.'s most profitable regions, evidencing his intentions.  North County: from Anaheim onward: had remained strong but it too became vulnerable as the founding families, who inhibited the coup, die from being checks for democracy and balances of free markets.

The stage for corruption is set by social disenfranchisement.  Although gangs have been harmful to members and uninvolved community by encouraging violence and addiction, they form a means of protection. Instigated violence and lack of protection from institutional powers make Gang security needed.  The New York Italian Mafia’s origins had the same purpose for Italian Immigrants exploited by landlords and police.  Police power abuse, like by murder and intimidation, and shady business leaders' investing in work for other countries make many people feel that they must join gangs for protection and also for job opportunities.
 

Abuses of political power are permitted by keeping people uninformed of their Rights, As evidenced in “Due Process, Not Public Takeover,” these have been planned as agendas for shady business' property seizure profit. Schools in need are deprived recourses to teach success.  A police state situation intimidating from Rights is made in low income Latino communities: with police driving at night through neighborhoods without headlights, running stop signs, and harassing people outside who are following the laws - including to citizens - to promote fear, not rights. Also, huge populations are kept cheap labor exploited as “expendable populations:” told they are not included, so taught they have no rights.  Really, the Constitution – Founded for Immigrants – established our Rights for Everyone living in the U.S.A.
 

Police break the Constitution to suppress, like by killing Emmanuel Diaz who was shot while unarmed and posing no physical threat.  I heard from an Ana Dr. friend before Emmanuel’s funeral that Manuel was not even running, just washing his hands at the same outdoor sink in the middle of Ana Dr. where he was shot.  In the aftermath police cover-up, police tried to buy video evidence and broke Habeas Corpus by also arresting witnesses who were peacefully protesting.  Then Anaheim police were made to further break Expos Facto on 8/10/12 in regards to 40 weapons and 11 pounds of methamphetamine.  When A.P.D. “staged predawn raids” (OC Register, 8/11/12), a community member informed me that the evidence released by the media was not collected that day but rather was collected some time before; and convicts have been off streets since.  Whole populations of Latino people have rights stolen and are harassed to intimidate the witnesses; and there are many other victims dead resulting from A.P.D.'s and other department’s abuses.
 

Impeachment of Rights undermines Democracy's Constitution for social manipulation.  Pre-holocaust social manipulations were very similar.  These included contributing and counterbalancing terror systems by buying off workers (especially relevant since police force is one of the most profitable jobs for present, non-university, Orange County population), inflicting monopoly-capitalism on people towards a “welter of jurisdictions and responsibilities that could be kept in check only short term,” and “mass detention without legal process” (Peukert, 1987: 31, 44, 45; Caplan, 2010: 19).  “One by one, remaining inhibitions [of totalitarianism] were dismantled; the destructiveness spread, the number of victims increased, and restraints as to methods fell away.”  It is scary to realize this looks like where we in our United States of Liberty are heading.  If murder of rights continues, then populations will undergo more discrimination against them as more are labeled as undesirable.                      

The outcome the last time that happened was the Holocaust.

The solution is powers like Irvine Company promoting abuse by institutional power MUST BE STOPPED.  One way is having shifts of duty when police work TOGETHER with community members in non-harassing community service subordinate goals as introduced in “Due Process, Not Public Takeover” so communities and police learn to trust each other again.  Further, we need to reclaim Due Process we as a country stand for and so Must include all here.  If not, we let social powers repeat the evilness of slavery; or worse of the holocaust.  As our ally Winston Churchill declared the last time we faced that evil: “Overcome We Must, as Overcome We Shall.”  Further, in words and footsteps of our founding father Patrick Henry, Give Me Liberty, or give me death.
