Demise Through Psychology of Oppression    30th of August, 2012
From entrance, 66 octagon shaped cement segments compose the smuggling tunnel classified a “storm drain.” At that mark is kept a small ladder and a filthy water bottle of equally disgusting water placed in a boarded up sewer hole; the bottle is so caked with dirt it will not open.  A frame built at the end of the tunnel has a wood ladder constructed into its side that climbs to a cutout opening and then to a manhole. 
While this, especially seen in the continued description below, sounds like a set from a Zorro movie it in fact happens in our own O.C. backyard with other oppression psychologies – at a main Placentia construction site called a “road improvement” by “Measure M.”  Exploitation scams waste taxes in tactics of bigger takeover agenda to deceive our City Council and the Public out of our Rights, to cripple trusting local city's - here Placentia – to bankruptcy (nearly happened), to enable a form of slavery, to kill US jobs, and to cripple the bigger consensus’ economy by investments in badness.

As you likely discerned in description, the tunnel is not to smuggle physical products.  If so, a tunnel would not be necessary for the crook lawbreakers.  Only 840 feet long, it is just long enough to bypass expensive Orangethorpe houses that cut off end at Crowther ; the termination is constructed (first seen by dates) at the industrial complex to exits at the Ontiveros Adobe – that composed the North-County Cities (Fullerton, Anaheim, Placentia) that I reported have privatization attempts for takeover.  The allocated dirty water kept in a bottle next to the ladder shows this manifest as psychology of oppression: to lives, to be thought of as and to think of themselves as without rights; as cheap labor; like things.
 

To see for yourself, arrive at Crowther at night (not a Fri. or Sat. when work happens) and be quiet since a guard is paid to live on site and shield the corruption he is unaware of.  The decline to the sunken tunnel descends under Kraemer Blvd. past a coffin sized, cement block (that yesterday was removed after I made known what was going on to the mayor), past another coffin sized wooden box, and then past a cement mixer just outside the entrance, all of which has not been used for anything inside the tunnel: all Psychologies of Oppression. 
 

The first segment – boarded with 2 pieces of wood and decoy supplies on display begins at number “64,” dated 6/26/12.  Further down “93” is dated 6-20-12 and “94” is 5-17-12 evidencing the start at the tunnel a steel end-wall termination (4 segments past described frame) with no sewage entrances as it continues towards Kraemer Blvd.  After the filthy water, in the 2nd boarded sewer is a 7-11 “super gulp” 1/8 cup ‘fresher’ but still old, gross water: depicting feigned sympathy of the evil taunting (or maybe real if there is a heart within the orders).  At “123” there is a spray can at which point names have been sprayed into the wall.  Another psychology of oppression between “126” & “127” is a rubber segment boarder pulled out and left hanging like a noose.
 

The stage was set for deception towards take over (like just happened in Fullerton) when our city was persuaded a “solution” really that really caused huge problems.  Great train congestion in Placentia makes 70 trains a day pass through our connector city and is expected to double in coming years which was used to persuade us of need for a good sounding but a scam-intentioned-plan.  The too-good-to-be-true “OnTrac” proposal, not financially possible in “Get-Rich-Quick” mentality, corrupted some Council OF THAT TIME.  Mayor Scott Brady made conflict of interests’ decisions for personal profit and Public Works Director Chris Becker appointed himself Consultant at a $500,000/year salary in corruption footsteps.
 

The deal was used to take advantage of our city.  Bradford Ave. crossing, the oldest Placentia main st. a ½ a block away from current corruption, was then closed.  Until then Bradford connected to the main street's Santa Fe, Chapman, and Yorba Linda Blvd., starting at El Rosal’s locale: my family’s restaurant that made huge steps to integrate Placentia's cultures.  Bought out OCTA and BNSF con-artists built expensive an underpass on smaller Melrose Ave, a street to west everyone knows is unimportant and also built an expensive pedestrian overpass on Bradford hardly anyone uses.  Since cars do not drive there; attention was made to be diverted from monopoly corruption agendas of OCTA/BNSF leadership in Crowther's tunnel.
 

Due Process that saved us from the council-corruption of that time are a new, redeemed better council.  These members include those who fought corruption along with good, younger, fresh blood.  OCTA then even made CalTrans overcharge us $36 million for the project after OCTA told us they would pay; current councilman Scott Nelson even found the work really only cost $12 million, later reduced to $5.5 million.  Then mayor and now councilwoman Constantine Underhill protected our city by creating an audit committee and further also protected homeowners by voting down eminent domain of private purposes (now takenover for in Fullerton after evil social manipulation I exposed for the council’s recall).  Joe Aguirre as a resident called out Brady’s corruption and now as council member first acted as mayor and balanced our budget while training proactive youth Jeremy Yamaguchi.  Jeremy was elected by the public to oust corruption due to his great merits and integrity does a great job community building and with Chris Wanke to bring an age balance for wisdom in Placentia's local politics.
 

Mayor Yamaguchi informed me the council is not updated of “nitty-gritty” besides the timeline.  OCTA is the lead agency in charge and is handling everything under Roy Stevenson, project manager and OCTA is COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE.  Dan Young, on the OCTA Board of Directors, is a president of the Irvine Co.: this position, others, and endless money allows Irvine Co. to buy out this corruption for the public’s takeover, like the evil social manipulation of police murder corrupting our departments I reported on for Fullerton and Anaheim cities’ government takeover. They use power to conn the people with lies.
 

NAFTA outsourcing agreements cause our dire situations due to US unemployment, poor economy, and refugees who need flee exploitation in no plausible legal way, so they are kept systematically captured for exploitation (U.S. House of Reps., 1993: 60-67; Shatz, 2006: 7, 9, 13; CA Senate, 2004: 6, 12, 13) Like Reverend Jesse Jackson proclaimed at NAFTA start, “Mexicans deserve no less than Europe or Japan with the Marshal and Mac Arthur plans: A Long-Term Development Plan Mutually Beneficial to Let Them GROW Bigger,” with US.
By misleading the Councils in cover up so people are oblivious to corruption, Bigger Institutional Perpetrators like the Irvine Co. are the real Illegals by misusing public funds – here Measure M: a TAX for no representation.  It invests in evil in global exploitation people need flee from, extorting refuges at coyote's cost; to continue taken advantage of once here in being not allowed rights and only allowed jobs most reject; smuggled like things. These for-profit at humanity's expense greedy tyrants distort U.S.A.'s Immigration Honor Value we founded for.
 

The solution is to return to Real Democracy of Morality and Liberty to stop social manipulation exploitation.  First, we must stop sending all our jobs like in manufacturing and production to other countries for cheap labor.  A “Mr. Moore” arguing for NAFTA noted the US economy was “the single greatest job creating economy on the face of the earth and in the history of mankind.” (CA Senate, 2004: 26).  Yet, the key to this was businesses providing US work – and when the public majority earned money from their JOBS to buy, they then were able to stimulate our economy.  Once businesses do the right thing by investing here, we must facilitate immigration since foreign labor boosts US economy with more overall human capital for our development.  More locally necessary, we must make sure undermining the public for private takeover is STOPPED. Due Process must uphold and we need to ensure US Our Rights.
 

Exposed  social sabotage is high treason war to democracy, our country, and US public.  The Treason Clause of the Constitution, Article III Section 3: founded to stop private interests buying government and when privatization does begin takeover: limits such government (local) power as The Protector.  The Constitution forbids ANY AGENCY (Irvine Co., using OCTA) “from increasing category of conduct which may be prosecuted under that name [TREASON]”  - committed by this takeover social manipulation to undermine democracy (Hurst, 1945: 145). 
 

It also prohibits giving enemies to our populace’s prosperity supplies (like machines or human capital needs of jobs, which social tyrants outsource), or of cruising in ships – also of taking cruise vacations (knowingly) to underminers in plans against public (Kurland, 1987: IV, 438) which include to profit for disablement of US.  Article Iv Section 4 guarantees all public of the U.S. “a Republican Form of Government [not necessarily of republican party; especially in present Republican Party confussion]”: “an alteration… whereby powers attempted takeover out of the hands of people at large stands guilty of High Treason.” (Kurland, 1987: IV, 561).  Yes, Ongoing social manipulation takeover of public Due Process to brainwash and usurp power against democracy for private interests is ruled High Treason: Punishable by DEATH.
 

We have a choice for our future.  Either we wake up and realize what’s going on and take necessary actions to stop it and have happiness, or we be tempted by oblivion and fakeness and in so doing give up our hard fought for Freedom and Democracy: to suffer consequences.  If we chose this later fate, any who resist will continue personally attacked in retaliation in even more extreme ways – worse, as would've happened to me if I wasn't smart and if I didn't prove Integrity and Justice as I did to make allies.  I already endured some attacks as I explained; and I even found this oppression personalized to make fun of me: the tunnel started at #64 to equal 66 total at the numbers and POO's end, is kept numbered one more than me, my birthday, since I took it upon myself to be a hero for these and other oppressed people (as of 6/4/12); with a well-endowed marker at that point, as if to say that is all I am.  Humph.
 

Yet, I still investigated; I continue my liberation work; I am well-endowed as segment #128's characterization depicts –  as I will use to strengthen US; I did park my Pegasitus on Porter Way when I investigated: where I pretended my heart remained Until appropriate time.; and I am also glad Grandma took home $129 when she came home from Porterville’s Casino. Further, the public that I stand for from all races and walks of life - my “piñata’s,” who keep being oppressed - do fight back if kept hit.
