Tyranny – Not Public Responsibility     9th of July, 2012
 

  A tyranny usurps Orange County: Irvine Company, hereafter referred as The Company.  Tyrannical impeachment of our Constitution commits social manipulation.  As result, masses of people are not represented as they are supposed to be in our democratic republic.  This is public seizure, is against federal law protecting people in the United States, and in effect is treason since used to take control. We must remember what we fought for to prevent tyranny's takeover by upholding Democracy.
 

  The Declaration of Independence included discussion of tyrannical encroachments of Rights.  “He refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people… [making] Representation a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.”  The crown did this by blocking representation to new frontier communities (Rakove, 2009: 80).  As discussed in “Democracy Under Attack,” this now happens since refugees, who fled to the U.S. for safety to now live at marginalized frontiers of our communities, are not allowed due process towards representation.
 

  Next the Declaration states “He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing [their] compliance with his measures.”  Though our Sacramento Capital's difficult-to-get-to location is a bit discouraging, our technological advances make this not a main problem. The bigger issue is money has become political voice to silence many people's political speech.
 

  Politics is distant to those without money.  Since Irvine Company is the big business with most influence in Orange County, The Company is the tyrant who holds the O.C. hostage. 
 

  “Master Plans” are a means of control.  Human Factor’s engineering discerns  humans' needs in fixing system errors as taught by Naval Captain, Dr. Jeff Crowson.  “Work to rule [Master Plan] campaigns usually cause complex systems to come to a grinding halt” (Vicente, 2006: 275).  There also have been good master plans like California's Master Plan of Higher Education, yet even these must evolve.  When a bad master plan is a scheme that is upheld for greed at consensus' cost, social impacts are detrimental.
 

  Evil of master plans happens by social ownership through our Constitution being disregarded.  A red flag is not easily seen when our rights are stolen since violations do not have immediate negative impacts.  “The sum total of uncoordinated attempts at adapting to societal stressors is slowly but surely pushing the system and ‘preparing the stage for accident’” (Vicente: 275).  An Irvine Police Officer agreed the company “is a tyrant [and] does own all apartment complexes” in the larger “Ranch” area – not just in the city (Ryan, 2012: 7/4/12).  Complete ownership means rent manipulation.
 

  Property ownership manipulation impeaches the United States Constitution.  Amendment 5 & 14 guarantee “No person should be deprived life, liberty, or property without due process;” “’Due process’ echo[s] the basic trinity of natural rights to life, liberty, and property” (Rakove, 232).  For many people access is impossible. People cannot afford to buy property since monopoly manipulates prices.  Law evolved to suppress natural rights now in control by tyranny so is no longer democratic due process. 
 

  The areas controlled by The Company have negligence in property management.  This leads to death, again just in recent weeks at an Irvine Lake drowning.  The vague OC Register description says the Sheriff “could not comment further on the investigation,” would not reveal what led to death, nor would he release the survivors' testimony about the drowning of Juan Flores and Tomas Privera.   My uncle, who pays to keep his boat there, returned from deep sea fishing the next day.  He arrived at 9:30AM and informed me the search crew did not 'find' the bodies at 10:00AM, so that he could see (Charles, 2012).  He also informed me the OC Regional Sheriff’s Association had a yearly camp-out at Irvine Lake the night of the drowning and Irvine Lake never regulates alcoholic intake of patrons, especially not of sheriffs. The Company’s property management neglect and regulation disregard -  of whichever regulations were executed - again caused death to people made to be dependent.  Life is stolen with death used as a scare tactic.
 

  One “The Company” owning all land means society becomes slave to that company.  All businesses are at whims of tyranny: taxed overcharged rent of any price demanded for the conformity; all paid to the same company.  Many social members are not allowed access because they do not “fit in” with the tyranny-company’s decided image.  As I learned in fieldwork, new gold buyers are prohibited from Irvine since they are considered “sleazy”  (Amanda, 2012: 6/18/12).  Also, dog and cat sales are prohibited on company property – throughout many cities.   What about Constitutional land ownership rights?  The Company steals these rights, only leasing all land for 99 years.  Residents can only buy constructed property.  Land property stays in Irvine Co. control so that in 99 years, The Company can start over again by taking advantage of someone new with the sold, then stolen back land.
 

  As The Company continues to usurp power, the public will suffer more.  Complete control stolen over all Orange County means places not favored by tyranny’s investments will not be funded.  Those “lucky” as included in funding will also continue as slaves: paying their money as tribute for domination.  Investments will continue being made for bad futures: like is currently made to prioritize on incarceration real estate.  As discussed in Resurrecting the American Dream this must be stopped for social development.  The Company's control keeps US unable to fix our economy.  We must stop their tyranny to grow.
 

  Irvine Company’s treason committed by tyrannic control has been evidenced.  Undermining democracy is illegal and by law it is high federal offense.  Politicians! Get Out from tyranny to save Our social system – the People You Serve – because the public will not take this exploitation much longer.  Save yourselves from consequences of treason involvement and protect us by enacting a new Corrupt Practices Act to stop buyouts of democracy.  This will boost Anti-Trust Acts by building US equal opportunity for Growth, Honor, and Success.
