Irvine Company’s Fatal Disorder of Greed

  Greed is a fatal disorder, worse than many other psychological diseases which plague mankind.  Detrimental problems of the greed disorder do not just affect the diseased person.  Pains do affect in huge ways countless people the greediest does not even know: all his or her society.  Really, people of this greed disorder should be locked up and kept from harming their neighbors.  Yet, in the course of human events greedy usurped even our United States liberated from tyranny.  We in Orange County, CA must stop Irvine Company in control to halt them sailing US into rocks.  Then the common good is instead allowed for development and success.
 

  Greed's social control is manifest by the power’s greed as the “most important” agenda.  Everything is done with that “bigger picture” in mind – including “charity,” donations, or “contributions.”  Thus, these “charity” are not as made to appear but are bribes.  “Donating” “open space” allows billionaire Bren to get huge tax breaks by keeping his land Irvine Co. Conservancy controlled and pretending its ‘for the people’, but “not [allowing people] connect with land so much that they threaten the values that make it so special” (articles.latimes.com).  That way, he can be sure to make more money off it/them when he is ready.
 

  These take-back “donations” allow for control that is hard to see or regulate.  Natural resource manipulation is evidenced by an unnatural 6 foot ditch dug into Santiago Creek in Irvine Co. controlled area about ½ mile upstream from Prospect Street.  After on my own exploring, I asked a parked OC Water District Guard above who missed my exploration of what was in the restricted area where I found the unnatural ditch?  He replied “it leads to nowhere.  There’s nothing there at all.”  The unnatural ditch obstructing the natural water course is hidden and guarded to withhold natural resources and maintain control.
 

  With big influence in county politics and agencies, this control allows unlawful taxation of everyone dependent on life resources.  This year, OC had weeks with 6-9 inches of rain (ocregister.com), much more than usual in this region.  Water table control caused rates to double since last year in all OC evidenced by my Placentia home water bill.  As I recorded, Prado Dam released huge water levels since 6/17/12 as pumped to profit fishing; by 7/1/12 the River was full draining to the ocean to steer waste and cause the induced “lack of resources;” then to justify the unacceptably high bill of natural resource charges in monopoly extortion.
 

  This cost of living extortion by manipulation is even more evidenced by exponential increases in housing prices.  40 years since Bren usurped O.C. politics by manipulating our development and prices, they set the standard here for housing inflation by 1964%.  This burden costs many their lives financially, mentally, and sometimes physically.  Institutions, by nature, are made to shape perceptions, experiences, and imaginations (Smith, 2003: Ch.6).  If our institutions are controlled by powers that manipulate people to have the effects of people going insane and killing, we are destined for failure.
 

  Another problem manipulating for workforce exploitation is investments to promote illegal business and reverse -“illegal” classification towards discrimination.  Human trafficking is the fastest growing world crime (Crime Inc.).  Increased profits make businesses across US find ways to do this.  This is especially so in California with more exploitable populations.  Really, immigration abuse keeps US all exploited.  Citizens are withheld from jobs since businesses hire for less, representation is made to be a facade, and people part of our US economy get held back by them not to allowed partake in spending from no due process.
 

  As exploitation continues, the Irvine Company invests in our jails, like “The Farm” in Lake Forest, for incarceration as focus of ‘reform’.  Really, there is no reform nor regulation; just investment in greed since $30 million is taken from the federal budget and used for power usurpation to go to sheriffs whose “duty” resulted in drowning1: Irvine Co.'s enforcement (CBS Local).  This allows the Company's control and their dead profit from investments in their jail.  Consensus' decision would not be to invest incarceration real estate; but would in development.

  Comprehensive Immigration Reform is what we really need: a system where refugees fleeing the mess in Mexico businesses here invested and caused can come by a process with a path to citizenship so criminals are regulated and are not allowed.  Then all members can fix our economy and society with representation.
While Freud was right to realize private property's abolishment is “untenable illusion,” we cannot allow the continuation of private property as means of control. The control promotes “love for aggression” (Freud, 71) which will keep conditioning people to disregard humanity and cause more tragedy’s like the Batman Movie Theater Massacre. 

  Let’s prevent a French Revolution, allow people to fix our economy, and put greedy like Bren, same as Madoff before him, where they belong: behind bars away from social harm.
