Day Nine Report

After stopping Anaheim's suffering from the four days of riots as it had by delivering my due process letter to Anaheim Police Chief Welter as I promised to the community, I continued reporting on the issue to expose all the impeachments to Justice.  “Due Process, Not Public Takeover” and the subsequent reports (each with new info.) directly analyze our stolen Constitution to conn the public and evidenced bigger agendas.

Due Process, Not Public Takeover
10th of August, 2012

Police brutality murders set bad, violent examples publics follow and retaliate against.  After
Emmanuel Diaz’ murder, police tried to buy video evidence (OC Register: 7/22/12) and
threatened witnesses to keep silent.  No accountability by police departments has been and is again being used to impeach due process of city politics for corruption.  In this report, I dissect the police-murders of Kelly Thomas and Emmanuel Diaz: evidencing the murders and subsequent political actions as parallel in these connected stratagems where police are being used and corrupted
by tyranny to overturn democracy.

“Undesirable” labels have been used by totalitarian regimes to separate, minimize, and exterminate people.  Those who knew Kelly Thomas loved him as a friendly and loving person and son.  Yet, others thought Kelly was “undesirable” as a mentally disabled, curious, homeless person.  A gang of police attacked Kelly and beat him to death.  Tony Bushalla imposed this heinous action to buy Fullerton's City Council with $280,000 (public record) through propaganda; when the council was not at fault.  Really, it is the  Police Chief’s job to make the murderers accountable by making them lose their jobs.

I learned of the corruption by talking to the Fullerton Public in my solar management job.  In May I wrote a letter to the Fullerton Chief of Police about his responsibility to ensure the police’s honor and
delivered it in person.  Chief Hughes greeted me and agreed.  In four days he began firing 3 main police involved in Thomas’ murder. This is evidence of police-responsibility being as the police-chief’s duty, and evidences his ability to remove bad cops from his department.  [Chief Hughes had just replaced the former Chief who stepped down to abandon his duty; I was the first person to effectively-reason with Chief Hughes compelling him to his decision for Justice.]

Despite my writing and the Fullerton Community's “Fullerton is Not For Sale” campaign,  the public was brainwashed and Due Process was impeached.  In feigned goodness the council plans to take private property near Valencia and Ash Ave.'s by force for less than real value to build private expensive apartments the local public cannot afford (De La Torre, 2012).

[That was a decoy. The real scheme by slandering and recalling the Democratically Ellected Council to implant a new one was to have an initiative created for Coyote Hills Development: as is against the law;  which the slandered council had endured in resisting blackmail against

One month after Fullerton’s Due Process of politics were undermined, Manuel Angel Diaz was visiting friends and was also illegally murdered after being labeled “undesirable”.  During his visit, police approached and shot him in the back and again in the back of the head.  Manuel was unarmed so police try to justify their illegal action by pronouncing that he was “possibly a known gang member.”  Sunday's OC Register shows police's true guilt by illegality,
reporting how police tried to buy video evidence of the police murder; evidencing a cover up.

Even if he began a wrong path, this is no excuse for police themselves executing law.  There is more to the story as I found out in my ethnographic research of Ana Dr. neighbors.
Manuel lived on Ana Dr. eight years.  Police threaten witnesses, Manuel’s former neighbors, to not talk or else deportation to undermine Anaheim Council's Federal Investigation.  I even saw as I arrived yesterday at 1:30 before Manuel’s funeral was to start (which I was able to go to) two sheriffs arrived with flashing lights and walked to an older woman witness's house = for 5 minutes of harassment.

At his funeral were many from Ana Dr., evidencing him not a threat to his community. I learned he was a star Anaheim High School athlete: on Varsity Football and Basketball teams.  I learned Manuel
applied days before death to work in a good job at Atwood-neighbor-Ricky’s, construction company. Good plans to fix his life were cut short by corruption's agendas.

Bad police cover up the truth of Emmanuel Diaz.  Law means cover-up should not be allowed.
Cover-up evidences 1) agenda and 2) guilt.  Day after Council requested Federal Investigation, the media: specifically Fox News: began reporting how 'the council does bad' to instigated recall; when Anaheim Council did the right thing and it is obviously Chief Welter’s job to fix this.  Due to these instigations  people were again misled to call for recall of Anaheim City Council who did their job correctly.  Bad influences suggesting districts thus further undermine Due Process to divide our good but suffering communities' intergroup relations - for Irvine Co.'s annexation
[of Anaheim Hills, already divided].

Solution is we must enforce accountability: with police responsible for negative actions.  This will stop Irvine Company tyrants, or whatever name they go by for the particular business, from
buying out our cities to take control.  Unions cannot protect police who breech laws to worsen safety.  Police must follow the law and be punished for not following it; and have encouragement to do right.  In politics, we must wait until election.  Diverse candidates must run and everyone needs to vote
If Due Process is broken we say breaking rules is OK.  Further, we make a hasty decision we will regret.  People elected without due process likely have shady agendas like in Fullerton for private takeover,     or will be more easily corrupted.

If we do not due-process-fix things correctly, police-state abuse-of-power will continue.  I learned from Ana Dr. neighbors, that several witnesses of Manuel’s murder were arrested in the protest (which
attack dogs were released into) when they did nothing against the police, just peaceful protest.  Perhaps one of the four inmates yet in custody without serious charges reported in the 8/9/12 Register is one of such witnesses.  I have yet to do a formal interview with any from Ana Dr.
since they have been scared from talking.  This police harassment must stop so justice can be served.

[Ana Dr. neighbors remain petrified and I could never interview any: witnesses nor friends]

The only way we can have real success in the future is by working together.  Subordinate goals are a proven solution by scientific study of realistic conflict.  Contrasting negative instigation of distrust will put people against each other to encourage violent rivalry, unconstitutional population control, and more political abuse of power.  The detriment of dividing unity unto districts was illustrated in the movie cultural craze of “The Hunger Games.”  Although this is an extreme, in remembering history of world powers like the Roman Empire: it has happened. Division into districts will separate for animosity.

United States was founded to protect US from division by public takeover's control.  Witnesses must be allowed to testify for justice.  Otherwise, one enterprise will be allowed to usurp our cities' power by social corruption and we are right back where "We the People" of the United States liberated ourselves from to establish our United States of America. Due Process allows all contributors inclusion, not suppression, for real democracy to build success.
