Shining Through for Real Issues’ Solutions    21st of August, 2012
 

Extreme polarity separates our nation’s political parties and reaches a record apex causing damage to our U.S. public.  Representational government of Congress is now defunct since representatives refuse to cooperate; yet are paid for this adamant and public refusal to do their jobs.  In campaign for our next president, both sides remain so stubbornly opposed, they split our people into confusion to be similarly divided against each other.  Most news media use airtime to bash their supported candidate’s opposition instead of reporting unbiased facts as watchdogs.  This influences people on either side to not trust each other.
 

Despite this childish rivalry, real problems persist ensuing our country‘s decline.  Issues are not fixed or even addressed since it is “easier” not to worry about them and people are told and are scared into thinking change to the status quo will make them loose comfort.  In reality, power transformation will open opportunity. 
 

While standstill, inoperable politics drama is staged, US society crumbles.  Greed is given higher priority than consensus’ needs; there lacks accountability and consequences for bad work and decisions.  Negativity promoted by powerful bad examples use systemic power to disenfranchise the public. In this report, I Shine Through Solutions of Real Issues about high unemployment rates, our persisting bad economy, and refugee immigrants fleeing contrasting personalization of the same global economic control which also makes our poor US economy.
 

Big business outsourcing sets 14 hour shifts in Mexico for only enough money to buy beans and rice with a mere days worth of meat.  We need for removal of tyrants like Irvine Co. who monopolize profits by imposed dependency.  This will allow US to stop this exploitation killing American Dream opportunities that would otherwise force US into similar despair.
 

This oppressive social manipulation mimics British Empire's we freed ourselves from.  “Different” company NAMES depending on exploitation specifics, had same ownership: the King of England.  Therefore, all businesses made up the King of England’s Ownership, collecting royalty tributes from all his subjects.  Price was whatever he, the king, set them as: be they from the East India Trade Co., the West India Trade Co. later to be the Virginia Co. and next Virginia Royal Charter, or from whatever particular branch King of England’s Ownership was called.  The king owned all his colonies so set all his rules and made his money by exploiting everyone. Bad economy for everyone else meant King of England’s good economy since it made people more dependent.  Our founders Declared Independence, as Henry said “Give me Liberty or Give me Death!”, and fought Revolution to end these control troubles.  To create American Dream Equal Opportunity, and to establish Our Free Democracy.
 

Our Constitution's Checks and Balances were created  to shield US and ensure freedom.  Article I Section 9, founded Writ of Habeas Corpus to protect people from unwarranted arrest.  Example of now violated Habeas Corpus was during peaceful protests against  a police-murder.  After someone else threw a water bottle - no harder than  water bottle can be thrown, police then unleashed attack dogs and witnesses were arrested when they didn’t even throw the bottle, just peacefully protested a police-murder they could not help but see.  Violated Habeas Corpus fear is to keep testimony quiet, same as how police bought evidence was for cover up.
 

Another protection is in Article 1 Section 9 as - No Ex Post Facto law allowed.  The Constitution's Ex Post Facto Ban protects the community from after-the-fact edict harassment.   Regarding evidence previously collected at another time, the Ex Post Facto Ban-Principle protects people from accusation on past offenses other people have already been charged with.  “Staged raids” (OC Register, 8/11/12) used Ex Post Facto, old evidence already charged and booked for.  I learned from every person I interviewed who witnessed this continued police abuse of power that none of the evidence was found or confiscated that day.  Old evidence was saved at the police station and later used to continue the cover up of Manuel Diaz’ murder. Police used ex post facto evidence to slander witness credibility and label marginalized people as scapegoats to hide police corruption that witnesses will testify about.
 

Corrupt business executive’s evil decisions cause evil social impacts like this murder.  The continued same agenda is deduced by duplicated previous OC politics of linked Fullerton I reported on earlier this year.  The mentally disabled, homeless man, Kelly Thomas also labeled “undesirable” to justify abuse, was correspondingly murdered for takeover schemes of evil.  Police “escalated a situation” to Thomas’ murder (OC Register, 8/22/12) allowing Fullerton Council to be bought with $280,000 when it was clearly not their responsibility to keep police in check: that is the Police Chief’s job.  The new council was used to make public extortion by eminent domain profit plans of private expensive real estate development on land stolen by local government takeover.  OC oppression and that in other affluent parts of CA is very likely by Irvine Co. – actively working to buy most of California's profitable real estate and with soon-to-be-failed schemes to complete OC domination for a County-Big Irvine Co. base.
 

I continue Freedom Writing to stop takeover by evil social power’s like Irvine Co. although I too am attacked in my stand for Social Justice.  While I continued research on OC archaeology where I dug truth about i.c.’s corruption even in its start, someone broke off my side mirror during study at Irvine Co. funded Sherman Foundation.  In continued research digging, the rest of my car was sabotaged to death (chased and rammed; crowbarred; and engine defaced while parked for breakdown); someone was told to run me over (testified in “Unity”), and that day my laptop was stolen; shortly later my skateboard truck was tampered with and as I finished my Day One Report draft a random man sat next to me attempting to conn me into signing a bad-setup, West Anaheim lease far away from my work with “first month’s rent free.”  When I arrived to check it out, he sounded shadier on the phone so I jumped on a bus to meet my deadline and turned off my phone in caution. I checked that night and: he left 20 messages! Of definite motives.  Yet, God guides us who work in Goodness for Love!  After my bus ride, my altered skateboard made it right to Placentia Library entrance, my destination, at which point my back-truck broke in half; but not until I made it. 
 

As I found, we must testify for harassment to stop.  After publishing Day One Report: “Democracy Under Attack,” the sabotage stopped since I testified.  He knows I will use more sabotage against him by greater testimony - who I do threaten towards the greater good.. Exposing more will be to his end by his company's greater anti-trust dissolution for Justice.
 

We CANNOT allow ourselves suppressed from Social Justice Testimony, especially if witness to power abuse.  Intimidation for silence is only to scare, as I showed once we testify threats will stop, and Justice's effects will encourage.  Oppressors covering up by intimidation will be so afraid of more trouble they won’t dare continue harassing so you don't testify more.  Honest testimony like ours for change raises awareness to stop corruption.

OC Watchdog reported how things get worse from no testimony since some bad cops have no investigation of misconduct, no discipline for abuse, and when there is discipline, it is appealed by Police Officers’ Bill of Rights to reverse learning from punishment (OC Register, 8/19/12).  Corrupt cops without disability are allowed and encouraged to end bad service early by cheating in theft of “Disabled Public Retirement Funds” that they do not qualify for.  Badge shamers are core problems to cities: morally and fiscally. They set bad examples public follows and they drain public funds and pensions from honorable service people; forcing cities to pay huge settlements.  San Bernardino goes bankrupt partially due to police-abuse-debt.  Cops committing abuse must be fired and pay their own settlements because the public should have no loyalty to corruption.
 

There are bigger scale threats to Constitutional Freedoms since the 21st Century began.  President Bush used 9-11’s tragedy to usurp Judiciary and Legislative powers that democracy’s Checks and Balances do not allow him.  Bush resumed Cold War Era Detention Act custody without evidence or arbitration when Congress did not vote to as Non-Detention Act Law deems necessary (Fisher, 2008:182,183).  Bush said his military tribunals mirror Gen. Scott’s of Mexican-U.S. War; yet Scott’s were emergencies to control U.S. soldiers’ misconduct.  Scott’s military experience taught him lawlessness such as punished with in Bush’s tribunals “invite and incite insurgency“(175).  Bush Administration total control usurpation shaped our present global constrain by this military police state.  In addition to making a disgraceful U.S. reputation of no due process, of estranging allies, and of mobilizing enemies, Bush’s Military Tribunals eroded U.S. people’s core of civil liberties (361). Bush’s bad example administration encourages power abuse and public servants seizing our Liberty's Constitutional Rights.
 

We must prevent public takeover which kills democracy and freedoms we stand for.  Bush Jr. did finish Bush Sr.’s Iraq war; but it was not US consensus’ best interests.  Maybe family profits were at stake; but Bin Laden was not in Iraq.  He was obviously in Afghanistan.  The example shows we need great caution and pro-activity to keep Real Freedoms.  In present elections, as a reporter I will not endorse a candidate. 
 

I will say this though: be sure you have insight of the candidate’s personal experience: definitely including where he built jobs and put/keeps money, and what he invested in to make your decision. That way you see what pattern he will continue for the future as U.S.A.’s leader.  We must ensure our leader has US as only priority; if not we sell the Freedom, Equality, and Justice we stand for.  Republicans do better voting a more U.S. conservation focused candidate rather than the party’s official selection.
 

Despite evil at foot, Good will prevail:  “Overcome We Must, as Overcome We Shall.”  First step is realizing exploitation of how we suffer: forced dependency of no equal opportunity by everyone paying to an overly large and rich tyrant.  Also by being put against each other to remain in control, so we remain unable to escape or have freedom.  When we Unite, in the Union U.S.A. was founded for with all different people and perspectives part of our US society - respecting and appreciating one another’s rights, rules and voices - all our different strengths will work together in Harmony for US to be whole: One Society, Stronger.  Protection of the bad cop’s and the double dipping used for moneys’ recognition must stop... as they are used for Treason against our public.  Then, when the tyrant-lion finally suffocates all will be able to eat; instead of being left stuck, trapped, constantly worried about being the next financially killed.  Friendly success competition opportunities mean futures for US!, spending money on Freedom.
